I know what it feels like to stand at the threshold of something new — and not quite have the words for it yet.

For more than forty years I worked in sales, education, and coaching — helping other people find their footing and their next step. I was good at it. And somewhere along the way, I stopped asking what mine looked like.

Then I picked up a brush.

I had painted in watercolors for years — but acrylics were new to me. Painting a face was new to me. I sat down in front of a blank canvas with no plan — and something emerged I hadn’t expected. Not just a painting. A clarity. A recognition of myself I hadn’t seen in a long time.

That experience led me here. To this work. To you.
